💌 Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually packed and shipped the same day if you order before 14:00 (NL time). I wrap each one with care — I want your unboxing to feel exciting and special from the moment it arrives!
How long does shipping take?
That depends on your location:
• Netherlands & nearby EU: 2–5 business days
• Rest of EU: 5–10 business days
• Outside EU: 1–3 weeks (depending on customs and postal delays)
What Postal Service do you use for shipping?
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! 🌍 I ship worldwide to the countries listed on the checkout page. Just keep in mind that international orders may be subject to customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I track my package?
Yep! You’ll get a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
If you lost your tracking please contact me!
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, absolutely! Just contact me ASAP so I can update it before it leaves.

My skirts are available in sizes 2XS to 3XL so more cuties can find their perfect fit 🌸

How should I take care of my clothing piece?
🧺 Care instructions are included on every product page.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Yes! All items on the site are part of my permanent collection and will be restocked when they sell out unless it specifically states it's limited💕
Since I handle restocking myself, it might take a little time — thank you for your patience while I prepare your favorite pieces again!
Where are your items made?
My items except the stickers are made in Turkey at a trusted professional factory with high-quality production standards. I’m super involved in every step — from fabric selection to final finishes — so each skirt reflects the care I put into it!
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes! You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are:
• Unworn
• In original condition
• With the hangtag still attached
✨ To make a return or exchange, please use the Returns Portal — you’ll find the full details and instructions on the [Returns page] of the website!
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no — I’m so sorry if that happens! 😢 Please reach out through the Returns Portal or email me with a photo, and I’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
Can I return an item without the hangtag?
Unfortunately, no — the original hangtag must still be attached for a return to be accepted.
