How long will it take?

Once you place your order, I usually ship it out within 2–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it’s on the way! 📦✈
Shipping time depends on where you live:
• NL & nearby EU: usually 2–5 business days
• Rest of EU: 5–10 business days
• Outside EU: 1–3 weeks depending on customs delays

If your order is a pre-order or backorder, it’ll ship out as soon as the item is back in stock — I’ll keep you updated every step of the way 💌

💔 If something goes wrong

I try my absolute best to pack everything securely, but once it leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the shipping service.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out right away and include:
• Your order number
• A few clear photos of the damage
• Whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
If you’re ordering internationally, please be aware that customs delays or import fees may apply depending on your country — I sadly can’t control those, but I’ll always help if you run into an issue!
