This page has all the details on how we pack, ship, and deliver your order 📦
We use PostNL for all shipments unless it is necessary for us to use something else, and we always do our best to get your package to you quickly and safely. If you ever have a question about shipping, feel free to contact us!
🚚 Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed on the same day if ordered before 14:00 (NL time) unless specified otherwise.
• During peak times (e.g. launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped via PostNL (unless we need to use something else), a trusted and reliable carrier based in the Netherlands.
Destination Estimated Delivery Time
Netherlands & nearby EU 2–5 business days
Rest of EU 5–10 business days
Outside EU 1–3 weeks (subject to customs)
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows. Delays may occasionally occur due to postal disruptions, weather, customs, or seasonal volume.
3. Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the item is handed over to PostNL.
4. International Shipping, Customs & Import Fees
We ship worldwide using PostNL International services (unless needed otherwise).
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees, depending on your country.
• These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for packages held due to unpaid import fees.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you’re unsure.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failures
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
• If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
• If no response is received within 10 business days, we may cancel and refund your order (excluding the original shipping cost).
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as “Delivered” by PostNL but you didn’t receive it:
• Please check with neighbors, your local PostNL pick-up point, or household members first.
• Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date if the package is still missing.
Unfortunately, Chase the Flowers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item:
• Your entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship.
• Estimated restock times are listed on the product page, but are subject to change due to production or delivery delays.
• We’ll always keep you updated if anything changes.
8. Delivery Refusals or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or not collected and is returned to us:
• A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and return handling fees, once the package arrives back to us in unused condition.
• Items must be in their original condition for a refund to be issued.
9. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
PostNL (or other) may partner with your local postal service once the package reaches your country.
