Whether it’s a sizing issue or you’ve just changed your mind, you can submit a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure your item is in original condition, and I’ll take care of the rest 🌸
✨ How to submit a return request
1. Log in to your account
2. In the email field, enter your email address and click Continue
3. Check your inbox for a magic ✨six-digit code✨ (don’t forget to check spam!)
4. Enter the code back on the site
5. Click the order you want to return
6. If there are multiple items, select the ones you’d like to return
7. Choose your return reason and feel free to leave a note 💬
8. Click Submit Request
💌 Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and your return label.
📦 Return shipping conditions
• Return costs are currently paid by the customer
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags & hangtags still attached
• Please package items carefully and in a sturdy box to avoid damage in transit
If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, I may not be able to issue a refund 😢
